1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Non-Cash Purchase Of Liquid Fuels For The Needs Of Vehicles And Equipment Operated By The Municipal Budgetary Plant In 2026.2. Cashless, Cyclical Sales Of Fuel For The Ordering Partys Motor Vehicles Will Take Place At The Contractors Gas Stations, Using Electronic Fuel Cards In The Following Total, Estimated Quantities: - Pb: 2,500 L, - On: 25,000 L,3. The Quantities Of Fuel Specified In Section 2 Are Approximate Quantities Estimated On The Basis Of The Current Fuel Consumption Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment, Hence The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For Deliveries In The Amounts Given Above. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period, And The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Level Of Order Fulfillment Is 50% Of The Estimated Demand.4. During The Implementation Of The Contract, In The Event Of Greater Demand For Specific Fuels Than Expected, The Ordering Party Anticipates, Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Accordance With The Following Provisions: The Maximum Value Of The Option May Be No More Than 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract Specified In Section 2. The Increase To 30% May Not Be Implemented (In Part Or In Full), And The Contractor Will Not Claim Any Demands Or Rights In This Respect, In Particular Payment Or Compensation. Possible Exercise Of The Option Right May Occur If It Is Necessary To Purchase A Larger Amount Of Fuel In The Case Of Purchasing New Vehicles Or If The Maximum Amount To Which The Ordering Party Will Purchase Fuel Is Reached, Resulting From The Price Of The Contractors Offer And After Securing The Necessary Financial Resources. The Option Right Will Be Activated By The Ordering Party Submitting A Declaration Of Will In This Respect (Written Form Required). Reservation Of The Option Right Does Not Constitute A Financial Obligation Incurred At The Time Of Concluding The Contract.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Cashless Refueling Of Vehicles At Designated Gas Stations Of The Contractor, Seven Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, In Quantities And On Dates Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Must Have At Least Two Gas Stations Ensuring 24-Hour Refueling And Equipped With Dispensers Of Each Of The Ordered Fuels, Located In The Zawiercie Poviat, Including One Gas Station Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Szczekociny Commune.7. Prices For Purchased Fuel Will Be Charged According To The Prices Applicable At The Contractors Gas Station (Indicated In The Annex To The Contract), On The Day And Hour Of Refueling, Less The Price Discount Declared By The Contractor. The Amount Of The Discount (Expressed In%) Is Constant During The Period Of Contract Implementation.8. Refueling Vehicles Using Fuel Cards Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For
