2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Fuel For Vehicles Owned By The Dalaków Commune, I.E. Buses Transporting Students To Schools, Volunteer Fire Department Cars, A Delivery Van, Tractors And Agricultural Machines, As Well As The Collection Of Fuel For Canisters (For Lawn Mowers, Petrol Saws, Power Generators, Motor Pumps, Etc.)2. The Estimated Order Quantity Is: Approx. 1,611.45 L – Pb 95 Petrol Approx. 43,523.16 L - Un Diesel Oil. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. The Offered Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Contained In: A Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018); B. Act On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529);4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Order Size In The Event Of An Increase/Decrease In Unit Demand Resulting From A Change In The Number Of Vehicles, Concluding Contracts For Services Currently Provided By The Ordering Partys Vehicles With An External Company, Organizational Changes Or Other Situations Resulting From Changes In Law Or Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Not Using The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Nor Will He Be Entitled To Any Contractual Penalty Or Compensation. The Ordering Party Indicates The Minimum Order Quantity That The Ordering Party Will Fulfill - 30% Of The Estimated Number Of Liters Of Fuel.5. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Basic Order With An Optional Order With A Maximum Value Not Exceeding 50% Of The Size Of The Basic Order, On The Terms Detailed In The Annex To The Swz - Draft Agreement.6. Fuel Will Be Collected By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party. Appropriate Authorizations Will Be Provided To The Supplier On The Day The Contract Is Signed. Each Collection Should Be Documented In Writing On A Card Template Approved By The Ordering Party.7. The Supplier Declares That It Has A Valid License For Trading In Liquid Fuels And Distributing Diesel Oil, Referred To In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended).8. The Supplier Undertakes To Sell Fuel Of Unchanged Standard, With Properties Specified In The Quality Certificate Or Laboratory Certificate Attached To The Offer Submitted As Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure, The Parameters Of Which Will Be Confirmed By A Current Quality Certificate Or Laboratory Certificate.9. The Fuel Sold Must Have Technical (Quality) Parameters Allowing The Product To Be Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Pn-En 228 And Pn-En 590 Standards And In Ac
