The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Codes: 09100000-0 - Fuels, 63712600-9 - Vehicle Refueling Services, 09132100-4 - Unleaded Petrol, 09134100-8 - Diesel Oil, 24957000-7 - Chemical Additives, 30163100-0 - Fuel Purchase Cards.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Price Calculation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Conditions Of Implementation Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Purchase Of Fuels And Adblue Urea Solution (Adblue Liquid From The Distributor) Will Be Made Using 24 Fuel Cards. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That In The City Of Wroclaw There Are: 1) At Least Four (4) 24-Hour Gas Stations Within A Radius Of 12 Km From The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Mączna 3 In Wrocław; 2) At Least Two (2) Gas Stations Within A 5 Km Radius Of The Day Care Homes At Ul. Semaforowa 5 In Wrocław;3) At Least One (1) Gas Station Providing Adblue Refueling From A Distributor. The List Of Stations Will Constitute Annex 5 To The Contract. 7. Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements (Parameters) Of Generally Applicable Regulations. 8. The Purchase Of B7 Diesel Oil (On) And Unleaded Petrol E10 (Pb95) For Power Generators And Gardening Equipment (Bearer Card) Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Driver, After Filling The Containers Intended For Transporting Fuel, Will Receive A Document Confirming The Transaction At A Petrol Station Each Time In The Country, Containing The Following Data: 1) Name Of The Petrol Station;2) Date And Time Of Dispensing The Fuel;3) Type And Quantity Of The Dispensed Fuel Fuel;4) Amount To Be Paid;9. The Purchase Of Diesel Oil (On, B7) And Unleaded Gasoline (Pb95, E10) For Vehicles Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Driver, Each Time In The Country, At A Gas Station, Receives A Document Confirming The Transaction Containing The Following Data: 1) Name Of The Gas Station;2) Date And Time Of Fuel Dispensing;3) Type And Quantity Of Fuel Dispensed;4) Vehicle Registration Number;5) Amount To Be Paid.10. The Purchase Of Adblue From A Distributor Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Driver, Each Time In The Country, At A Gas Station, Will Receive A Document Confirming The Transaction Containing The Following Data: 1) The Name Of The Gas Station; 2) Date And Time Of Purchase;3) Quantity Of Adblue Fluid Purchased;4) Amount To Be Paid.11. The Method Of Using The Fuel Card Will Be Specified In The Contractors Internal Regulations, Which Will Constitute Annex 4 To The Contract.12. The Deadline For Issuing Fuel Cards To The Ordering Party Cannot Be Longer Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of Written Applicati
