Part 1. Providing Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People1) Providing Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Stary Dzierzgoń In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004. 2) The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide 24-Hour Temporary Shelter For Homeless People, Including A Place To Sleep In A Heated Room Whose Temperature Is Not Lower Than 20 O C. 3) Service Provision Period: Throughout The Year, 7 Days A Week. 4) The Shelter Cannot Be More Than 100 Km Away From The Stary Dzierzgoń Commune. The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Is 3. Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Customer Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Personal Situation, The Number Of Homeless People Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Expected Number For The Entire Duration Of This Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above. Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Regard. The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services May Only Be Provided By Entities Running Shelters For Homeless People Entered By The Voivode On The List Of Establishments Providing Temporary Shelter. The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be Consistent With Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). 5) A Shelter For Homeless People Should Ensure: A) Staying In Rooms That Guarantee A Sense Of Security And Respect For Dignity, B) Providing Access To Sanitary Facilities With Hot Water, C) Accommodation, Including A Bed With A Set Of Bedding For Each Person, D) 3 Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Consisting Of A Main Course And Soup, Dinner, E) Providing An Isolation Room For People Suspected Of Having Infectious Diseases Or Posing A Threat To Fellow Residents, F) Basic Measures Cleanliness And Personal Hygiene In An Amount Enabling The Maintenance Of Cleanliness, G) Enabling The Replacement Of Clothing (Clothes And Footwear Appropriate To The Season), Enabling Washing And Drying Of Clothing, Ensuring Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing If It Is Impossible To Replace It, H) Basic Over-The-Counter Drugs And Dressings, I) Access To A General Practitioner, J) Providing Psychological Support And Social Work, Motivating In The Event Of An Addiction Problem To Undertake Addiction Therapy And Support Of An Addiction
