The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Physical Fitness Classes For Seniors (90+) - Powstańców Warszawskich. Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Covers The Following Districts Of The Capital City: Warsaw: Białołęka, Bielany, Żoliborz, Bemowo And Wola. Motor Improvement Classes Will Be Carried Out At The Place Of Residence/Stay Of The Participants (I.E. In Apartments/Private Houses) In The Districts Covered By The Subject Of The Order, As Well As At The Headquarters Of The Warsaw Insurgents House Of The Cam Nowolipie At Nowolipie Street 22 Or Another Location Indicated By The Ordering Party In Warsaw. Number Of Hours Of Classes Conducted In The Cycle Monthly Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Selected Contractor, Subject To The Minimum (250 Hours) And Maximum Number Of Hours (480 Hours). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Template Of The Agreement, Constituting The Annex. No. 5 To Swz.
