The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Waste From Street Bins In The Kąty Wrocławskie Commune (Outside The City Of Kąty Wrocławskie). Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out With Due Care, Using Own Equipment And Materials, Activities Consisting In: A) Collection And Management Of Waste From Street Bins For Mixed Waste [Hereinafter: Bins] Located At Communication Routes And Bus Stops In The Commune Of Kąty Wrocławskie (Outside The City Of Kąty Wrocławskie); B) Keeping The Baskets Clean And Aesthetically Pleasing, By: As Needed: Ongoing Washing And Disinfection (Including Graffiti Removal), But At Least Once A Year, On A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party, Comprehensive Washing And Disinfection Of All Baskets; As Needed: Ongoing Maintenance, Painting And Repairs Of Baskets Indicated Once A Month By The Ordering Party; Maintaining Cleanliness Around The Bins Within A Radius Of 1.5 M. Consisting In Manual Collection Of Waste Abandoned Around Baskets And Other Dirt Accumulated Around The Basket, Including Sweeping And/Or Raking; C) Performing Emergency Cleaning Activities Related To Bins In Situations Arising As A Result Of Random Events (Storms, Road Accidents And Others) Or Resulting From The Ordering Partys Instructions (Orders) Beyond The Frequency Specified In §3 Section 1 Of The Agreement - After Prior Notification Of This Fact By Phone Or E-Mail By The Ordering Party Or - Upon Order By The Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce (Up To 5 Pieces) The Number Of Baskets During The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Not Affect The Value Of The Contractors Remuneration.
