• The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products (Hereinafter Referred To As Products) To Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 In Piekary Śląskie. The Specified Products, Along With The Unit Of Measurement And Quantities, Are Included In The Form Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz - Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order.• All Products Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units.• The Ordering Party Requires That On The Day Of Delivery, The Delivered Products Had A Shelf Life Of No Less Than 14 Days, Except For Products Whose Shelf Life Is Shorter Due To The Type Of Product.• Immediately After Receipt Of The Goods, The Compliance Of The Ordered Assortment With The Placed Order Will Be Confirmed By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail. If The Ordering Party Questions The Delivered Goods, The Contractor Undertakes To Replace Them With Full-Value Goods Within No More Than 24 Hours Of Reporting The Complaint. • Deliveries: 1. Frequency Of Deliveries: 5 Times A Week To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Delivery Of The Products Will Take Place At The Discretion Of The Ordering Party By 7:30 A.M. On The Day Following The Date Of Placing The Order (By Telephone Or E-Mail) Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Products. The Ordering Party Will Not Adjust Delivery Dates To The Contractors Logistics And Distribution Capabilities. 2. The Products Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using Its Own Efforts, At Its Expense And Risk. Delivery Of Products Also Includes Unloading And Bringing Them To Places Indicated By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Delivered Products Must Meet The Quality Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Order.5.
