At The Time Of Awarding, The Hospital May Increase Or Decrease Up To 30% Of The Amounts Estimated In These Bidding Bases, In Accordance With The Available Budgets, And Without Altering The Principle Of Strict Subjection To The Bases Of Equality Of The Bidders. It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Are Of Variable Flow, Which Means That The Hospital Is Not Committed To Acquire Specific Quantities Periodically, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Stock Be Fixed Minimum Purchase, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder Or Bidders Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Their Office. Services Will Be Made Available To The Entire Hospital, Regardless Of The Original Requesting Clinical Unit, According To The Hospital Requirements And, Provided That There Is Corresponding Validation From The Contract Administrator.
