In accordance with M.G.L. c.30B, Section 6, the Town of Concord invites sealed written proposals from qualified contractors to complete an Update Program of Real Property Assessments for Fiscal Years 2027 - 2029 as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. Work shall be performed in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements and all applicable statutes and regulations.
