12/19/2025: The City Of Thomasville Is Issuing This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Initiate The Selection Of A Design/Build Team And Requests Interested And Qualified Proposers To Submit Their Proposals For Professional Park And Infrastructure Design Services, Pre-Construction Consulting Services, And Construction Services For The Paradise Park Phase Ii Project. All Proposers To The Rfp Are Subject To Instructions Communicated In This Document And Additional Terms And Conditions Listed In This Rfp. The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Rfps And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities At The Discretion Of The Owner. Proposals Must Be Accompanied By A Certified Check Or Bid Bond In The Amount Of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) Of The Proposal Amount, As A Guarantee That The Proposer, If Awarded The Contract, Will Within Ten (I0) Days After Written Notice Having Been Given Of Such Award, Enter Into A Written Contract With The City Of Thomasville, Georgia, In Accordance With The Accepted Proposal. No Proposals May Be Withdrawn After The Scheduled Closing Time For The Request For Proposals For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. This Project Is Funded In Part By The Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program (Gosp), The City Of Thomasville, And Private Philanthropic Contributions. The Total Design And Construction Budget For This Project Is Anticipated To Be $5,000,000.
