Number Cz.06.02.02/00/22_064/0004395, Specifically, It Is The Execution Of Construction Works According To The Project Documentation And Measurement Statements Troubsko - Sports Recreation Area Under The Church Drawn Up By The Designer Dimense V.O.S., Id Number: 27753379, Registered Office At Bratří Šámalova 72, 615 00, Brno, Chief Designer Ing. Arch. Aleš Putna, Authorization With General Scope (A.0), Authorization Number Čka 02924 And Other Entries In The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation). All Properties, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation, And In The Project Documentation, Which Together With The Measurement Statement Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is Subject Only To The Items Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, The Project Documentation Is Provided In Its Entirety For Information About The Entire Project And Its Individual Contexts. The Client Explicitly Mentions The Need To Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Methodology Document For The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm). This Methodology Has Application Priority Over The Project Documentation, I.E. In The Event Of A Conflict Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Work, The Procedure According To The Document Methodology To The Dnsh Principle Will Be Preferred, Or The Work Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way That This Methodology To The Dnsh Principle Is Observed. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Properly Document Compliance With This Methodology As Required By The Subsidy Provider. Both The Methodology For The Dnsh Principle And The Requirements For Its Reporting Are Part Of The Project Documentation, Respectively They Are Available In Their Current Form On The Subsidy Providers Website Https://Irop.Gov.Cz/Cs/Irop-2021-2027/Dokumenty. The Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89 Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions That Would Not Be Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Without Its Use. For Each Such Link, The Client Explicitly Mentions And Admits The Possibility Of Offering Another Equivalent Solution. The Contract Is Divided Into Parts, The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of This Part Of The Contract Is The Construction Work According To This Procurement Documentation Specifically Stated In The Statement Of Dimensions. Another Part Of The Public Contract, Which Is Not The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure, Is Work On The Construction Of A Sports Facility As Part Of The Clients Project. This Other Part Of The Public Contract Is Awarded Separately In Another Procurement Procedure.
