This Request For Quotation (Rfq) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Wood Buffalo To Prospective Respondents To Submit A Quotation For The Fort Mckay Water Treatment Plant Supply And Delivery Of Carbon, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables). The Term Of The Agreement Is Intended To Be For A Period Of Number Two (2) Years, With An Option In Favour Of The Municipality To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions For An Additional Term Of Up To Two (2) One (1) Year Terms.
