1.1 Leopardstown Park Hospital (“Lph”) Invites Tenders (“Tenders”) To This Call For Tenders (“Cft”) From Economic Operators (“Tenderers”) For The Provision Of The Services As Described In Appendix 1 To This Cft (The “Services”). Lph’S Mission Is To Deliver Quality Specialist Services For Older People, With A Very High Standard Of Clinical Care, Within A Social Care Model And On A Person-Centred Basis. Our Vision Is To Be A Leading Provider Of High-Quality, Person-Centred Services For Older People Within A Compliant, Enabling And Empowered Environment. In Line With Its Strategic Aims, Lph Is In A Period Of Development, Including In Relation To Its Infrastructure. This Includes, Currently Underway, A New 125-Bed New Development Which Is In Awaiting The Planning Permission. The Successful Provider Will Support The Organisation In Ensuring That Ict Functionality And Delivery Support The Delivery Of Excellent Care In An Excellent Workplace Both Now And Into The Future. In Summary, The Services Comprise: • Ict Managed Support Services I.E. Provision Of The Standard Run, Operate, Administer, Maintain And Support Information And Communications Technology Services Required To Support A Modern Public Hospital Of Currently Circa 250 Personnel, Of Which Circa 100 Utilise Lph Ict Capabilities, Over The Contract Term. Details Of The Services Required Are Included In The Cft Document. • Additional Ict Support Services. Details Of The Additional Services That Are Outside The Scope Of The Ict Managed Support Services (Above) That May Be Required Over The Life Of The Contract Are Included In The Cft Document.
