Tii Is Seeking Proposals For The Supply Of An On-Line, Off-The-Shelf Tender Evaluation System (Tes) That Meets Tii’S Requirements, With Minimal Modification, Along With The Delivery Of Associated Staff Training, Technical Support, Evaluation Planning And Support Services. The Tes Will Have Two Separate Instances, One Will Be Managed By The Procurement Section In Tii And The Second Will Be Managed By Metrolink E-Evaluation Team. The Tes Will Be Used As A Tool To Evaluate Various Tii Procurement Competitions Over The Coming Years. The Winning Solution Will Provide A Secure, Efficient And Robust Environment For The Evaluation Of Tenders For Tii’S Procurements, And Will Enable Tii To Evaluate Tenders In An Organised, Structured And Digital Environment.
