A New 10-Group Daycare Center Will Be Built In The Area, Which Will Primarily Combine The Paloaukea And Puoliväli Daycare Centers. The Daycare Center Would Accommodate Early Childhood Care For The Whole Municipality Area, And The Facilities Would Also Enable The Organization Of Early Childhood Education During Vacations More Efficiently Than At Present. It Is Possible To Build A New Daycare Center Either On A Plot Of Land To Be Bought Or Rented From The Municipality (Block 38) Or On The Bidders Own Plot Within A Predefined Area In The Core Area Of ​​Ylämylly. The Purchase Price Of The Municipal Plot Is €12.50/M² And The Rent Is 1/15 Of The Purchase Price.
