The Terraced House Sites That Are The Subject Of The Competition Were Built Between 1976 And 1982 And Are Connected To The District Heating Network (Previously Oil Heating). Both Systems Are At The End Of Their Technical Life. Their Dismantling And Waste Removal Are Included In The Contract. Switching To Geothermal Heat Improves The Energy Efficiency Of The Sites, Reduces Maintenance Costs And Enables A Long-Lasting, Modern And Environmentally Friendly Heating Solution.
