For The Construction And Maintenance Of Outdoor Sports And Nature Facilities, The Maintenance Of Green Areas, The Needs Of Museums And The Teaching Of Technical Work In Schools. Only Mandatory Information Has Been Entered Into The Bidding System, And All Other Information Can Be Found In The Appendices - So Read All Documents Carefully. The Customer Has The Right To Check The Information Given In The Offer Before The Procurement Decision. If The Information Is Incorrect, The Offer Will Be Rejected. Orders Are Made As Needed And Within The Budget, And The Procurement Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. Note To Bidders: Bid Comparison Is Not Performed, But All Suppliers Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And Have Submitted An Acceptable Bid Are Accepted Into The Framework Arrangement. Contractual And Delay Fines Are Not The Primary Means Of Correcting Errors, But The City Needs The Right To Use Them In Significant Or Repeated Error Situations.
