Kaarina Citys Space And Food Services Is Requesting An Offer For Replacement Carpet Services For The Period 1.4.2026 (Target) - 31.3.2028, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended By The Customers Decision On The Original Terms With Two (2) One (1) Year Options (1.4.2028-31.3.2029 And 1.4.2029-31.3.2030). The Subject Of The Tender Request Is The Delivery Of The Replacement Carpet Service To The Delivery Destinations Specified By The Customer In Accordance With This Tender Request And Its Appendices. Delivery Addresses Are Listed In The Appendix Delivery Addresses Of Replacement Carpets. Carpet Quantities, Sizes And Replacement Intervals Are Indicated In The Appendix Bid Form. They Are Announced According To The Current And Estimated Future Situation, But They May Change During The Contract Period. The Customer Is Not Committed To The Announced Quantities, Sizes Or Exchange Intervals, But Must Be Able To Change The Use Of The Services As Needed. The Change In The Use Of The Services Also Includes The Possible Temporary Use Of Replacement Carpets, A One-Time Loan, And E.G. Due To Weather Conditions, Switching To The Options Included In The Supplementary Services.
