The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Execution Of Authors Supervision For Repair Of Service Rooms To Swimming Pools In The Building Of The Academy Of Natural Sciences Acad. Ivan Gyuzelev, City Of Gabrovo, According To The Terms Of Reference And The Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. I. Investment Design When Preparing The Investment Projects, The Requirements Of The Regulations Must Be Observed, According To The Category And Purpose Of The Building, Premises And Areas, Their Parameters And The Connections Between Them; To Create An Accessible Environment For The Population, Including The Disabled; To Ensure Safety In Case Of Fire; To Ensure Energy Savings And Heat Storage And To Protect The Environment. In The Process Of Preparing The Investment Project, The Architectural Decision Should Be Discussed And Agreed With The Employer Before Starting The Design Of The Other Project Parts. When Carrying Out The Design Assignment Procedure, The Employer May Request The Presentation Of A Conceptual Solution. The Project Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, In The Technical Project Phase, Incl. Textual And Graphic Part, Detailed Accounting Documentation For Individual Specialties And To Contain The Project Parts Described In Detail In The Terms Of Reference For Investment Design. Each Project Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, A Graphic Part - Diagrams, Drawings And Details Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Smp, Technical Specification Of The Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Quantitative Calculations. Ii. Exercising Authors Supervision Of The Object, With The Legally Qualified Designers And According To The Zut. Iii. The Construction Includes The Implementation Of All Activities For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Object, According To The Approved Technical Design, Technical Specifications And All Rules And Norms For Construction In The Bulgarian Legislation. The Full Scope Of Activities Is Detailed In The Terms Of Reference, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code And Will Be Executed Only After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee.
