Care Homes With Allocation Rights . Description The Competition Applies To The Conclusion Of Agreements On The Rental Of Care Homes With Allocation Rights. Horten Municipality Has A Growing Need For Rental Homes/Care Homes For Rent And Is Therefore Seeking Cooperation With Professional Developers Who Want To Offer Concepts For Rental Homes. The Municipality Wants To Enter Into Allocation Agreements That Provide Flexibility For Several Housing Projects Or Concepts, Adapted To Different Needs In The Market. The Agreements Will Mean That The Municipality Will Take Over The Tenancy And Will Have The Right To Allocate Rental Housing To Its Housing Applicants In The Selected Projects. The Agreements Are Supported By Financing Opportunities Through The Housing Bank And The Concepts Must Therefore Meet The Housing Banks Requirements For Investment Grants. The Municipality Intends To Enter Into A 30-Year Lease With One Or More Suppliers And Be The Tenant In The Lease With The Suppliers. The Municipality Has The Right To Grant And Will Sublet The Homes To People In Need Of Round-The-Clock Health And Care Services. The Rent Will Be Agreed In The Contract With A Cpi Adjustment. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Therefore Estimated At: Nok 500,000,000 Including Vat, Above The Eea Threshold Value With Options. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. For Further Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. A Draft Of The Competition Basis Itself Is Attached To This Qualification Basis. The Client Reserves The Right To Make Minor, Non-Significant Changes To This Basis Before Suppliers Are Invited To Make Offers. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, Among Other Things In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. The Client Also Reserves The Right Not To Award The Entire Scope In This Competition, Or To Have An Option On Future Housing Projects.
