Acquisition Of 1 (One) Cake For The Celebration Of The 29Th (Twenty-Ninth) Anniversary Of Political Emancipation Of The City Of Jundiá/Rn, Being: Cake With 02 Layers, White Dough, In Which Dough Must Contain: Eggs, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder And Milk Without Emulsifier And Without Preservatives; Maximum Height Of Each Layer 10 To 14 Cm; The Cake, Once Decorated, Must Be A Minimum Of 18 Cm High, 50 Cm Wide And 29 Meters Long; Whipped Cream Topping, Use Personalized Rice Paper At A Minimum Of 10M Over The Cake, The Width And Length Of Which Must Be In Accordance With The Cake, The Personalization Of The Rice Paper Must Be As Determined By The Contractor, The Remaining Sides Must Be Decorated With Whipped Cream Using Icing Nozzles And Sugar Pearls; 02 Layers Of Filling (Flavors Defined By The Contractor) With A Minimum Of 1.5Cm In Height, Which Can Be Varied; The Contractor Shall Provide The Lining Of The Board As Directed By The Commission.
