The Main Characteristics Of This Structure Are: - A Fully Discoverable Covered Pool With 5 Water Lines (313 M2) - A 60 M2 Learning Pool - A Heated Outdoor Fun Pool Of 194 M2 - Grassy Beaches - A Splashpad With An Area Of 90 M2 - A Bioclimatic Design Of The Building And An Efficient Envelope With Reinforced Insulation (Floors, Walls, Roofs, Joinery) To Reduce Energy Needs - Efficient Technical Equipment (Air Treatment, Water Treatment, Heating And Hot Water Production, Lighting) To Optimize Water And Energy Consumption - A Relaxation Area Including A Hammam And A Sauna - An Indoor Play Area (Childrens Slide And Water Games) This Consultation Thus Concerns A Public Service Concession Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct And R. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct, As Well As Article L. 1121-3 And Part Three Of The Public Procurement Code. As Part Of The Contract, The Dealer Will Be Entrusted, On An Exclusive Basis, With The Entire Management Of This Equipment. The Concessionaire Will Notably Ensure The Following Missions: - Administrative And Financial Management Of The Service: - Welcoming Different Types Of Users: - Maintaining The Works In Perfect Working Order: - A General Duty Of Advice To The Granting Authority, Particularly With Regard To Upkeep And Maintenance And Renewal Work. - The Dealer May Be Responsible For Making Material Acquisitions (Cleaning Equipment, Educational Materials, Infirmary, Tools, Etc.). The Operation Of The Service Will Be Ensured By The Dealer At Its Own Risk, In Accordance With The Rules Of The Art, In Compliance With Regulations, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Conservation Of The Heritage As Well As The Continuity Of The Service, The Rights And Safety Of Users And Third Parties. His Remuneration Will Come From Operating Revenues From The Activities For Which He Will Be Responsible. In Order To Compensate For The Operating Constraints Imposed On The Concessionaire (Price Constraints, In Particular), The Contract May Also Provide, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L. 2224-2 1° Of The Cgct, The Payment By The Granting Authority To The Concessionaire Of Compensation For Public Service Constraints. The Details Of The Missions And Services Entrusted, As Well As All Of The Concessionaires Obligations, Are Described In The Draft Contract Given To The Candidates. The Estimated Value Of The Public Service Concession Over The Duration Of The Contract Amounts To 4,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
