Phase I Are Declared Of General Interest, As They Are Included In The List Of Investments In Annex Ii Of The National Hydrological Plan, Approved By Law 10/2001, Of July 5, With The Name Conditioning Of The Júcar River Between Carcaixent And The A-7 Highway. Actions Included In The Program Of Measures Of The Flood Risk Management Plan Of The Júcar Hydrographic Demarcation. The Construction Of The Final Section Of The Relief Channel Of The Barxeta Ravine Is Planned, Approximately 800 Meters Long, From The Junction Of The Current Barxeta With The Primer De Benivaire Road, To Its Mouth At The Júcar River, Giving Continuity To The Works Included In Phase Ii. In Order To Make The Flows Of The Júcar River And Barxeta Ravine Independent From The Urban Center Of Carcaixent, A Protection Area Is Projected Located To The North Of The Bypass And Before The Overpass Over The Railway, Using Land From The Excavation Of The New Relief Channel. The Carrying Out Of Different Environmental Integration Works Is Also Planned, As Well As The Replacement Of The Affected Services And Roads, Highlighting The Main Road Replacements, That Corresponding To The Cv-5440 Highway (Replaced By Means Of A Service Road On The Left Bank Of The Channel), And That Related To The Lalborgí Road, Which Will Cross The New Channel On 5 Prefabricated Concrete Frames And Will Join The Aforementioned Service Road.
