Ongoing Advice • Provide Advice And Sparring To City & Havn As Needed, Including Also Advice On City & Havns Insurance Policy And Revisions Thereof. • Provide Information On The Insurance Market And Significant Developments Therein. • Prepare An Analysis Of By & Havns Assets And Activities For The Purpose Of Drawing Up An Insurance Plan. The Insurance Plan Must Provide For The Protection Of City & Havns Assets In An Appropriate Manner And Provide For Insurance Against Unwanted Risks From City & Havns Activities. B. Ongoing Administration Includes The Day-To-Day Case Management Of By & Havns Insurances, Possible Claims Processing And Related Advice. Including, But Not Limited To, The Following: • Case Processing, Advice And Assistance In Claims Cases, Including Any Claim Notification Via The Insurance Broker Or Insurance Company And Ongoing Follow-Up With The Insurance Company Involved (Daily Administration). • Control Of Policies And Premiums And Other Daily Administration. • Holding Meetings And Reporting As Needed, E.G. About Pending Cases, Insurance Overview, Meeting Minutes, Etc. • Acting As An Insurance Broker And Adviser For By & Havn In Accordance With Applicable Industry Standards For Good Practice For Insurance Brokers And Handling Related Tasks. C. The Insurance Brokers Services In Connection With The Provision Of Insurance/Recovery Of Insurance For Ongoing Operations: • Prepare A Risk Assessment In Collaboration With City & Havn. • Handle And Negotiate The Extension Of By & Havns Insurance In The Years When Tenders Are Not Run (Ongoing Optimization). • The Work Is Carried Out In Collaboration Between The Insurance Broker And By & Havn, Where The Insurance Broker Is Responsible For Preparing Tender Material, I.A. On The Basis Of Information Obtained From City & Port. • Meeting Activity Related To The Tender, Including Any Engineering Inspection, Preparation Of Reports, Etc. • Prepare Eu Tender Material For Insurance Companies And Administer Eu Tenders (To The Extent That Eu Tenders Are Necessary). • Prepare A Report Containing Offer Evaluation And Recommendation On The Choice Of Insurance Supplier. • Initiate Coverage With The Chosen Insurance Company(S) And Possibly Cancel Existing Policies. • Other Services Regarding Holding Of Insurance Tenders. The Insurance Brokers Services In Connection With The Offer Of Construction Insurance: • Contribute To Drawing Up Guidelines For Underwriting Construction Insurance. • Meeting Activity With City & Port Related To The Contract Tender, If Required. The Meeting Activity Serves The Purpose Of Uncovering Risks In The Construction Project And Which Coverages Must Be Implemented. • Assist Project Managers From City & Harbor With The Preparation Of Contract Application Forms And Other Forms Related To
