New Construction Of An Ahrweiler Fire Department: The Current Building Of The Ahrweiler Volunteer Fire Department On Ramersbacher Straße Opposite The Ahrtor Was Severely Damaged By The Flood In 2021. The Remaining Torso Can No Longer Be Renovated, So A Replacement Building With 12 Parking Spaces Is To Be Built Elsewhere. The New Location South Of The Ahr Is Within Sight Of Todays Fire Department Building. By Relocating The Fire Department Building, The Aim Is To Ensure That All Areas Can Be Reached By The Fire Department In The Future, Even During Extreme Floods. As Part Of The Timber Construction Carpentry And Roof Sealing Work, The Following Procurement Is Required: Approx. 1,050 M² Of Bsph Walls, Approx. 770 M² Of Bsph Ceilings, Approx. 830 M² Of Glulam Ceilings, Various Supports And Beams, Approx. 380 M² Of Internal Wall Cladding, Approx. 470 M² Of Silver Fir Facade Cladding, Approx. 1,200 M² Of Roof Sealing And Green Roof Work Including Pv Substructures, Approx. 300 M Of Parapet Covers, Approx. 7,450 Kg Of Metal Construction Work (External Stairs + Substructure Facade)
