Medical Information Systems – Interoperability In Clpa – Repeated Entry. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Electronicization Of Medical Documentation And The Processes Of Providing Medical Services And Improving Interoperability Through Exchange Systems, Or Sharing Of Electronic Medical Documentation Within The Framework Of The Electronicization Of Healthcare In The Czech Republic (Exchange Networks And Affinity Domains At The Level Of Regions, Regions, Communities Of Healthcare Providers Or The Whole Of The Czech Republic) And The System Of Cross-Border Exchange Of Healthcare Documentation (Nix-Zd, Respectively Ncpeh), As Well As The Use Of Services And Registers Of The Integrated Data Interface Of Healthcare, As Necessary Conditions For Interoperability And Electronicization Of Healthcare. The Exchange And Sharing Of Electronic Medical Documentation Is Only Possible Under Conditions Where The Production Systems Will Support And Work With Medical Documentation In Electronic Form. The Subject Of The Delivery Is The Modernization And Expansion Of The Functionality Of The Clinical Information System In Clpa In The Field Of Electronicization Of The Processes Of Maintaining Standardized Structured Electronic Medical Documentation, Data Processing And Electronicization Of The Processes Of Providing Health Services, Etc., Support Of New Processes Within The Hospital And Their Electronicization And The Possibility Of Their Implementation Not Only In The Hospital, But Also Through The Integration Platform (Esb, See Default Status) Connection To The Infrastructure Of The Systems And Services Of The Accredited Affinity Domain, E.G. The Emedocs Exchange Network, The National Contact Point (Ncpeh) And Other Ehealth Systems And Services Of Electronic Healthcare In The Czech Republic. Included In The Delivery Are Connections To The Integration Platform (Esb, See Default Status) And, Through It, Connections To Idrr Electronic Services, The Introduction Of Identifiers From Tribal Registers, The Use Of Central Electronic Health Services, Standardized Interfaces For Connecting To The Aafd Infrastructure And The Development Of Connections To Ncpeh. Clpa Will Use An Electronic Archive For The Storage Of Electronic Documents In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation On The Management And Storage Of Medical Records In Electronic Form (See The Dea Project). The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In Detail In Particular In The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance (See Appendix No. 7 Of The Procurement Documentation), In The Draft Contract (See Appendix No. 2 – Binding Draft Of The Contract For The Performance Of The Public Contract Of This Procurement Documentation) And In Other Documents That Form Appendices To The Procurement Documentation.
