A Technology Competence Center (Cdc Tech Set) Was Created Within The Set (Operation And Transport Service) Of Brussels Mobility In Order To Assist The Management Of This Service In The Acquisition And Operation Of The Business Applications Necessary For The Execution Of Its Missions. This Cdc Tech Set Performs The Following Tasks: - Establishing And Executing A Roadmap For Digital Transformation; - Assistance With Program And Project Management; - Defining User Needs And Drafting Special Specifications For Supply Or Development; - Support; - Daily Management; - Monitoring And Controlling The Development And Delivery Of New Applications (And Interfaces) As Well As Updates To Existing Applications; - The Helpdesk; - The Superuser Function (A User Who Helps And Assists Other Users). The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Ensure And Develop The Activities Of The Tech Set Competence Center. To This End, The Service Provider Must Provide A Team Of Full-Time Employees. The Objective Of The Market Is To Create Added Value In The Shortest Possible Time (Mission Results, Efficiency, Administrative Simplification, Performance, Etc.) For All Set Employees And Customers.
