Accounting Services – Provision Of Specialized Supporting - Advisory Financial And Administrative Services Of The N.P.D.D. Under The Name National Cyber Security Authority. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Specialized Supporting - Advisory Financial And Administrative Services To The N.P.D.D. Under The Name National Cybersecurity Authority (Law 5086/2024 Official Gazette 23/Section A/14.02.2024). In Particular, The Physical Object Of The Contract Includes, Indicatively And Not Restrictively, The Following: A. Support To Specialized Financial - Accounting Services 1. Support In The Preparation Of Financial Statements Based On The Accounting Standards That The Organization Is Obliged To Follow. 2. Support In Cooperation With The Statutory Auditors For The Annual Audit And In Each Management Audit. 3. Signing The Agencys Financial Statements, If Required By Current Legislation. 4. Support In Other Financial, Management, Tax, Fiscal Audits. 5. Support In Submitting The Annual Income Tax Return. 6. Support In Issuing Financial Reports To The Organizations Administration. 7. Support And Guidance Of The Involved Employees Of The Financial Department In Respect Of All Accounting Principles. B. Accounting Support Services 1. Support In Ensuring The Correct Recording Of The Duplicative Monitoring Books. 2. Support And Guidance On Accounting, Financial, Tax, Insurance, Reservations, Etc. 3. Support In The Financial Management Agreement With General Accounting On A Monthly And Annual Basis. 4. Support In Accounting / Balance Reconciliation Of All General Ledger Accounts. 5. Support In Monitoring The Register Of Fixed Assets (Depreciation, Impairments, Withdrawals, Etc.). 6. Support In The Submission Of Monthly Tax Returns (Plus Vat If Applicable And/Or Other Withholding Taxes). C. Budget Support 1. Support In Drawing Up A Summary And Detailed Annual Budget. 2. Support In Monitoring The Approved Budget. 3. Support In The Preparation Of All Financial Reports With The Obligation To Send Them From The Body To The Competent Supervising Ministry (On A Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly And Annual Basis). 4. Support In The Preparation Of The Annual Statement Of Income - Expenses To Be Sent By The Organization To The Competent Audit Services (Court Of Auditors, General Accounting Office Of The State, Etc.). 5. Support In The Compilation Of The Monthly Register Of Commitments In Accordance With The P.D. 80/2016. 6. Support In The Drafting Of The Monthly Summary Report Of Eaks Unpaid And Overdue Liabilities. 7. Support In Writing The Agencys Kpi (Key Performance Indicator). 8. Support In Compiling And Posting Data To Elstat (Quarterly, Annually). 9. Support In The Drafting Of A Medium-Term Fiscal Strategy Framework 10. Support In The Drafting Of The Required Budget Reforms. D. Payroll Support 1. Support In Monthly Payroll Issuance For All Payroll Categories. 2. Support Posting Monthly File
