The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor For The Implementation Of A Specialized Occupational Therapy Workshop (Radio Workshop) For Incarcerated Persons, Which Also Includes The Establishment Of A Radio Studio In Zpkz Dob Pri Mirna, For The Client The Administration Of The Republic Of Slovenia For The Enforcement Of Criminal Sanctions At The Above Locations. The Purpose Of The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Enable Incarcerated Persons To Acquire Knowledge, Skills And Experience In The Field Of Radio Creation With The Help Of Specialized Occupational Therapy Workshops (Radio Workshop), While At The Same Time Encouraging Personal Growth, Responsibility, Self-Reflection And Creative Expression. The Long-Term Goal Of The Activity Is The Establishment Of A Permanent Prison Radio As A Community Medium, Contributing To The Reduction Of Recidivism And Easier Reintegration After Release.
