The Estimated Purchase Quantity During The Contract Term Is Estimated As Follows In Accordance With Appendix 3 To The Contract - Price Sheet: - 30 X Rackmount Server - 960 X Ram - 60 X Ssd - 60 X Nvme - 60 X Nvme Controller + Disk Cage And Cable - 30 X Cpu - 30 X Hypervisor Boot Medium - 30 X Raid Controller Hardware - 60 X San Controller (At Least 2 Pieces Per Server) - 30 X Network Controller - 60 X Power Cable - 30 X Riser Card - 120 X Gpu + Installation - 30 X Warranty - 30 X Data Storage Medium - 240 X Hours Of Service These Are Conservatively Estimated Values. The Quantities Stated Serve As A Basis For Calculation. A Minimum Purchase Is Not Agreed. There Is No Obligation To Purchase The Estimated Call Quantities. The Call Quantity May Therefore Decrease Or Increase. The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And, Unless Previously Terminated, Is Initially Two Years (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By One Year Each (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. The Contract Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 10,000,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 11,900,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). The Estimated Purchase Quantity Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet. If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends When This New Order Value Is Reached. The End Of The Contract Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services In Accordance With The Contract For Orders Placed During The Contract Period.
