It Software Package – Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of An It Solution Including Siem/Soar Information And Security Event Management Functionality And The Provision Of Other Accompanying Services. 1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Units With An It Solution, Hereinafter Referred To As The System, Including: A) A Solution For Managing Security Events And Information (Siem Class System - Security Information And Event Management), Hereinafter Referred To As The Siem System, And B) A Solution For Automating And Structuring Processes In It Systems (Soar Class System - Security Orchestration, Automation And Response), Hereinafter Referred To As The Soar System, Together With Technical Support, Warranty And Accompanying Services In The Maximum Total Quantity Indicated In The Opz, To Be Used During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, Including The Contractors Services (Installation And Implementation Together With Training Workshops On The Implemented System, Contractors Expert Support) And The Manufacturers Training Services. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing The System In Various Locations, Configurations And Different Delivery Times During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement, In Accordance With The Order Applications Submitted By The Entities. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The System Be Possible As Independent Instances And Without Any Limitation As To The Number Of These Instances. The Ordering Party Requires That The Use Of The System Be Possible In At Least Two Independent License Groups, I.E. One Group For The Ministry Of Justice, With The Possibility Of Using The System By Judicial Units Within The Same License Group, With The Possibility Of Freely Transferring/Sharing Licenses Between Instances Within The Same Group (Transferable Licenses), And Another Analogous Group For The Central Board Of The Prison Service. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
