The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Three Cargo-Passenger Hospital Elevator Systems In The Umbal Prof.-R. Stoyan Kirkovich Jsc, Stara Zagora. It Includes The Following Activities: Delivery Of 3 New Elevators To Be Installed In The Place Of Three Old Elevators, Dismantling Of The Available Three Old Elevator Systems, Installation Of The Delivered New Elevators, Inspections And Tests In Accordance With The Procedures For Evaluating And Certifying The Compliance Of The Facilities And Putting Them Into Operation, Certification And Their Registration Before The State Agency For Metrological And Technical Supervision (Damtn), Incl. And Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To The Relevant Regional Department Of The General Directorate Of Inspection For State Technical Supervision (Dg Idtn), As Well As Warranty Support And Warranty (Service) Service, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Technical Specification And The Parts, Materials, Consumables, Activities And Terms Of Warranty Service, According To The Manufacturers Requirements And Described In The Participants Technical Proposal. The Due Fees For The Notification Are For The Account Of The Contractor. All The Activities Described Above And In The Technical Specification Are Included In The Execution Of The Order And In The Specified Limit Value, Incl. And The Costs For Warranty And Service Maintenance Of The Three Elevators, Incl. And For The Legally Regulated Activities That Are Carried Out For This Period, And Their Price. The Contractor Should Provide The Dismantled Old Elevators To The Employer. The Financing Of The Public Procurement Is Carried Out Through Capital Funds And From The Budget Of Umbal Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich Jsc, Stara Zagora. On The Basis Of Art. 114 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Indicates That At The Opening Of The Procedure, Financing For The Execution Of The Order Is Not Provided. The Execution Of The Awarded Contract Will Begin After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing With Capital Funds Of All Or Part Of The Estimated Value And Presentation By The Selected Contractor Of The Specified Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract. In Case Of Non-Presentation Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Without The Presence Of Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Terminates The Contract. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. Deadline: 1.
