The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Supply Of 22 (Twenty-Two) Buses (12 Articulated And 10 Single-Unit), Brand New In The City Version, Powered By Diesel, Meeting The Euro Vi Standard, Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2027, In The Form Of Financial Leasing With Option Rights. 2. The Buses Offered Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024.1251), Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2024.502, As Amended), Regulation No. 107 Of The Un/Ece - Uniform Provisions Regarding The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 And M3 With Regard To Their General Structure (Journal Of Laws Eu.L.2018.52.1 Of February 23, 2018), Have A Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Meet The Requirements Of Swz Together With Annexes. 3. Lease Duration - 144 Months (12 Years), With Annual Interest, Wibor 3M Rate Plus Margin. 4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Act On Public Procurement, Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Once During The Validity Period Of The Agreement, Consisting In Extending The Scope Of The Order To Include Deliveries In The Form Of Financial Leasing Of Single-Unit Buses In The Number Of Up To 8 Pieces, Brand New, Powered By Diesel, Meeting The Euro Vi Standard, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2027. Buses Covered By The Option Right Must Be Identical In Terms Of Brand And Type, As Well As In Terms Of Construction, Technical Parameters, As Well As Assembly And Equipment. In Relation To Vehicles Constituting The Basic Part Of The Order. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Terms Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach The Following Evidence To The Offer, Separately For Articulated And Single-Unit Buses: 1) Technical Description Of The Offered Buses Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 3 To The Swz According To The Template Constituting Annexes No. 2A And 2B To The Swz. 2) A Current Approval Certificate With Attachments For The Buses Offered, Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023. On The Type-Approval Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws 2023.1651) Or The Relevant Provisions In Force On The Date Of Its Issue, Provided That It Remains Valid In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions. 3) Two Technical Reports On Road Fuel Consumption Test Report According To Sort 2 For The Types Of Buses Offered (Articulated And Single-Unit) Prepared According To Uitp Guidelines By An Independent Certification Body. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Reports To Be Consistent With The Content Of The Swz If They Are Prepared At Least For The Brand, Bus Types And The Brand/Manufacturer And Engine Types Compatible With Those Offered. 6.
