Service Services Will Be Provided At A Different Level Of Scope For Two Categories Of Devices: 1St Category – Btk This Category Includes Devices That Are Subject To Safety And Technical Controls. Service Services In This Category Must Include The Minimum Conditions Listed Below: • Realization Of Regular Professional Maintenance (Regular Safety And Technical Inspections) According To § 45 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., As Amended, Including Service Kits, Or Spare Parts Designated By The Manufacturer For Mandatory/Regular Replacement And Electrical Inspection Of The Medical Device (If It Is An Electrical Device). • Implementation Of Other Regular Actions Aimed At Maintaining The Safety And Full Functionality Of The Medical Device According To § 45 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., As Amended. • Implementation Of Repairs According To § 46 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., As Amended, On The Basis Of Separate Orders (Implementation Of Repairs Is Not Part Of The Contract Price For Performing Btk In This Category Of Devices). Consumables And Spare Parts Needed For Zp Repairs Will Be Billed Separately On A Separate Order. • Free Implementation Of User Instructions According To § 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., As Amended. • The Selected Participant Undertakes To Provide Service (Repairs...) And Supply Spare Parts During Repairs With A 10% Discount From The Usual Market Prices According To Their Price List. 2Nd Category – Full Service This Category Includes Selected Devices. The Repair Without The Use Of Spare Parts Is Carried Out Within 5 Working Days From The End Of The Reaction Time.
