Cargo Handling And Storage Services – C51_2025. Lower Saxony Ports Is, Among Other Things, Owner Of The Areas Referred To In These Proceedings As Plots A And B In The Area Of The Hafenkaje / Helgoländer Kai Headland, Which Are Listed Together Under The Name C51_2025. The Properties Have A Total Size Of Approx. 1,827 M² And Are Rented To Cuxhavener Mineralöl Until December 31, 2026. The Properties Are Currently, Among Other Things, Used For The Transshipment Of Mineral Oils And Fuels. For Reasons Of Sustainability, The Mineral Oil Handling Facilities That Already Exist On The Properties Should Continue To Be Used For The Handling Of Mineral Oils And Fuels For The Period Of Use Advertised Here After December 31, 2026. In The Future, Use To Handle New Fuels Such As Ethanol, Lng, Hydrogen And The Like Is Also Conceivable. From January 1, 2027, The Properties Will Therefore Be Available Exclusively As Port-Related Storage And Transshipment Areas And Areas For The Construction/Operation Of Office Buildings And Storage Tanks For Fuels And/Or Mineral Oils, Such As. B. Heating Oil, Diesel, Lubricants, Etc. And/Or New Fuels Such As Ethanol, Lng, Hydrogen And The Like Are Available. Other Commercial Settlements Whose Activities Do Not Lead To Port Handling Via The Quay Edges In Cuxhaven Are Excluded. Also Excluded Are Emergency Operations, Residential Development, Bulk Goods And Other Dusty Goods As Well As Parking Space Management. Niedersachsen Ports Carries Out This Negotiation Process For Port-Related Commercial Settlements On The Property By Concluding A Rental Agreement (With An Obligation To Use It In Accordance With The Intended Purpose For The Storage And Handling Of Mineral Oils, Fuels, Such As Heating Oil, Diesel, Etc. And/Or The Storage And Handling Of Possible New Fuels Such As Ethanol, Lng, Hydrogen And The Like). An Allocation Of The Two Properties A And B Is Only Possible Together And Only As A Whole. I.E. The Bidder Is Bidding On Both Properties, Which Can Only Be Rented As One Unit, Even If They Are Somewhat Separated From Each Other. The Layout And Location Of The Properties Can Be Found In The Site Plan Attached To The Tender Documents. The Properties Are Directly Adjacent To The Public Traffic Area Hafenkaje (Street, Parking Spaces, Quay). An Isps System (Fences, Gates And An Access Control System) Owned By Niedersachsen Ports Separates The Quay Area From The Parking Spaces And The Street. This Isps System Must Be Operated By The New Tenant At His Own Expense In A Non-Discriminatory Manner. For This Purpose, The New Tenant Receives Appropriate Access Authorization Cards From Niedersachsen Ports. Niedersachsen Ports Reserves The Right To Resume Operation Of The Isps System Without Giving Reasons. Companies That Are Interested In Concluding A Rental Agreement Will Be Contacted Below, Regardless Of The Current Status Of The Process
