The Contractor Should Also Carry Out An Assessment For The Presence Of Protected Species Of Bats And Birds Included In Annex 3 Of The Environmental Protection Act, As Well As For The Presence Of Nests Of Other Species Of Birds Not Included In Annex 3, But Subject To Protection According To Art. 45 And Art. 46 Of The Zrb.
