The Ordering Partys Request Will Be Submitted By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail To The Number/Address Indicated In The Contract; - In The Event Of Highly Infectious Medical Waste, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect This Waste Within 24 Hours Of Reporting Such A Need; - Waste Will Be Collected From Two Points In The Hospital (From The Waste Warehouse In The New Polyclinic Building And From The Warehouse In The Integrated Operating Theater); - Waste Collection From The Hospital Premises Will Take Place In Containers Adapted For Storing Medical Waste, Closed And Equipped With Wheels. - Waste Collection From The Hospital Premises Will Take Place By Taking Full Containers And Placing The Same Number Of Empty, Clean And Disinfected Containers. - The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Free Containers (Closed, With Wheels And Adapted For Storing Medical Waste) In The Following Quantities: - 25 Pieces With A Capacity Of 770 Liters, Red; - 8 Pieces With A Capacity Of 240 L, Red; - 4 Pieces With A Capacity Of 770 L, Blue; - 4 Pcs. With A Capacity Of 240 L, Yellow. - Waste Transfer Will Be Each Time Confirmed In The Waste Database (Bdo); - The Contract Will Be Signed For A Period Of 2 Years; - The Annual Amount Of Waste Generated Is Approximately 290,000 Kg.
