The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In: - Collection, Processing/Disposal Of Medical And Other Waste From Subgroup 18 01 - Waste From Diagnosis, Treatment And Medical Prevention, Including In Particular The Following Types Of Waste: 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 07, 18 01 08*, 18 01 09, 18 01 10 *, 18 01 81 And Others With Codes: 15 01 10*, 15 02 02* And 15 02 03 In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020. Regarding The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10); - Collection Of Medical And Other Waste From Warehouses Located On The Premises Of The Hospital, Ul. Powstańców Warszawy 5, Will Take Place Every Business Day From 9:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. (In Addition, On Every First Business Day After Sunday, A Public Holiday Or Other Public Holidays, Waste Generated On Non-Working Days Must Be Collected); - In The Case Of Collection Upon Request Or Notification Of Such A Need By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Waste More Frequently Than Within The Dates Specified Above. The Ordering Partys Request Will Be Submitted By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail To The Number/Address Indicated In The Contract; - In The Event Of Highly Infectious Medical Waste, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect This Waste Within 24 Hours Of Reporting Such A Need; - Waste Will Be Collected From Two Points In The Hospital (From The Waste Warehouse In The New Polyclinic Building And From The Warehouse In The Integrated Operating Theater); - Waste Collection From The Hospital Premises Will Take Place In Containers Adapted For Storing Medical Waste, Closed And Equipped With Wheels. - Waste Collection From The Hospital Premises Will Take Place By Taking Full Containers And Placing The Same Number Of Empty, Clean And Disinfected Containers. - The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Free Containers (Closed, With Wheels And Adapted For Storing Medical Waste) In The Following Quantities: - 25 Pieces With A Capacity Of 770 Liters, Red; - 8 Pieces With A Capacity Of 240 L, Red; - 4 Pieces With A Capacity Of 770 L, Blue; - 4 Pcs. With A Capacity Of 240 L, Yellow. - Waste Transfer Will Be Each Time Confirmed In The Waste Database (Bdo); - The Contract Will Be Signed For A Period Of 2 Years; - The Annual Amount Of Waste Generated Is Approximately 290,000 Kg.
