The Subject Of The Order Is A Technical Assistance Service And A Subscription To Update Integrated Systems In Sp Zoz In Łapy For A Period Of 36 Months In Accordance With The Specifications: Generic And Quantitative, Which Constitute The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: (Appendix No. 7 To Swz - Assortment And Price Form, Annex No. 2 To Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Annex No. 8 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order). In The Specifications Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ks-Somed System Modules Were Described Using The Phrase Technical Support And Update Subscription. This Concept Includes Two Main Elements: 1. Technical Support • Technical Support - Means Providing The Ordering Party With The Opportunity To Report Problems With Software Or Modules And To Use Telephone Consultations And Advice To The System Manufacturer On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. • The Scope Of The Assistance Is Uniform For All Modules Covered By The Order And Does Not Include Services Involving Independent Diagnosis, Removal Of Errors, Restoring The Operation Of Systems Or Ensuring The Continuity Of Their Operation. 2. Update Subscription Provides The Right To Current Updates Of The Ks-Somed System, Including: • Implementation Of Changes Resulting From New Regulations And Regulations Of The National Health Fund, • Database Updates (E.G. Drug Database), • Introduction Of New Functionalities Required By Supervising Institutions, • Corrections Increasing The Security And Stability Of The System. Thanks To The Above, All Ks-Somed System Modules Covered By The Order Will Be Provided With Both Service Support And The Possibility Of Ongoing Updates In Accordance With Applicable Requirements.
