Work Detail
Tenders are invited for IT Infrastructure Upgrade & Optimization. Deadline: Friday, 16. Jan 2026 Live Love Lebanon (LLL) is implementing the Decent & Sustainable Livelihoods in the Circular Economy project in collaboration with ACTED under RDPP Phase III. In line with its strategic goal to enhance operational effectiveness and sustainability, LLL is undertaking a significant IT infrastructure upgrade. Currently, most departments rely on Excel sheets and manual written processes for managing procurement, HR, and project-related tasks, while the finance and accounting functions operate through a limited-user system (Dolphin). Data is stored across individual files, local devices, and manually maintained documents, with no centralized or integrated platform. To address these gaps, LLL is seeking to install, integrate, and customize a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., Odoo) that can streamline workflows, centralize data, and strengthen finance, procurement, HR, and project management functions. The upgraded system will support efficient decision-making, enhance accountability, and provide a solid foundation for future growth. Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
