In Carrying Out The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With: - Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; - Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. An Investment Project Was Prepared For The Site In The Phase: Technical Project In The Following Project Parts: Geodesy, Electrical, Constructions, Park Planning And Improvement, Pb And Building Permit No. 55 Dated 04/16/2019 Was Issued. Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level Of Construction - Appendix No. 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of The Construction Works On The Site And The Issuance Of A Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation. Place Of Execution Of The Order: The Construction Supervision, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Performed On A Sports Field Located In Upi Iii, Quarter 37 Under The Pup Of The Village Of Bezmer, Tundzha Municipality.
