The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Hand Over To The Employer The Cars Subject To Delivery, Equipped As Follows: Equipped With A Safety Triangle, A First Aid Kit, A Fire Extinguisher And A Reflective Vest (According To The Road Traffic Act); Complete, According To The Manufacturers Requirements, With A Set Of Keys, Tools For Changing Tires, Etc.; With Pre-Sales Service Performed; Loaded With All Liquids And Materials Necessary For Its Operation; With The Documents Required For Registration, Including Documents For Paid Taxes, Duties, Fees, Invoices And Acceptance-Handover Protocols; Certificates Of Conformity, Warranty And Service Book, Passports Or Other Documents From The Manufacturer Containing Technical Data And Characteristics; With Operating Instructions In Bulgarian, As Well As Documentation Containing Recommendations For Proper Operation; Other Documents And Accessories Required According To The Terms Of The Order And The Contractors Offer; With Valid Civil Liability And Full Motor Vehicle Insurance Insurance For A Period Of 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of Delivery Of The Car.
