Work Detail
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Engineering - Design In The Working Project Phase, Implementation Of Smr And Authors Site Supervision: Ensuring Safe Conductivity Of A Section Of The Bed Of The Konska River With A Length Of 2400 M Outside The Urbanized Territory Of The Village Of Jardzhilovtsi Until Its Inclusion In The Struma River The Main Problem Areas Along The Konska River Outside The Urbanized Territory Of The Village Of Jardzhilovtsi Are Related To Spills And Flooding Of Adjacent Areas At High Water Levels. The Causes Of The Damage Are As Follows: • Formation Of Alluvium Along The River. The Sediments In The River Bed Are Formed By The Meandering Of The River Caused Both By Areas With Small Slopes Of The River And By The Accumulation Of Shrub And Tree Vegetation (Growing And Fallen), Preventing The Normal Flow Of The River Outflow In These Sections. • Overgrowth Of The River With Tree And Shrub Vegetation. Along The River, Both The Bed And The Adjacent Riverbanks Are Overgrown With Dense Shrub And Tree Vegetation. At High Water, This Vegetation Contributes To Significant Scour Due To The Increased Hydraulic Roughness Of The River Terrace. As A Result, The Level Of The River Rises, Flooding The Adjacent Areas. Given The Described Facts About The Current State Of The Site, It Is Necessary To Ensure Safe Conductivity Of A Section Of The Bed Of The Konska River With A Length Of 2400 M Outside The Urbanized Territory Of The Village Of Jardzhilovtsi Until Its Inclusion In The Struma River The Purpose Of The Intervention Along The Bed Of The Konska River Is To Prevent The Risk Of Future Floods And The Breakdown Of Facilities Along The River, As Well As To Extend The Operational Life Of The River Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Accordance With Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws On The Applicable Project Parts.
