The Subject Of The Project Is The Repair And Interior Furnishing Of Premises Located On The Second Last Level Of A Building With Identification Number 56722.667.775.5, Located In The Southwest Wing. Functionally, The Floor Is A Corridor Type With Classrooms And Utility Rooms Located On Both Sides. The Premises Are Educational And Do Not Change Functionally, The Disciplines That Will Be Studied In The Classrooms Are Changed, And The Project Creates A Physical Environment For A Stem Center. In The Stem Environment, 1 To 4 Classes Of Children Will Be Taught, Divided Into Groups Of Different Interests - Chemistry And Physics, Biology, Technology, Engineering And Mathematical Thinking. The Premises Subject To The Project Have An Area Of 418 Sq.M. Conditions Are Being Created In The Center To Educate 120 Children And 4 Teachers. In The Two Offices Of Chemistry And Biology, The Doors To The Storage Rooms Are Removed And Their Openings Are Widened. The Corridor Is Defined As A Combined Communicative Space For Organizing Activities Such As Rest, Reading, Games And Social Communication. In One Of The Rooms, A Niche Opens To The Corridor, In Which There Are Places To Sit. Remove Existing Flooring Including Screeds. Mild Paint Is Scraped Off The Walls.
