The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Design And Implementation Of Thermal Modernization Works Of A Building Under The Permanent Management Of The National Tax Information At Ul. Warszawska 5 In Bielsko-Biała Under Conservation Protection (Obtaining The Consent Of The Conservator Of Monuments Is Required Before Starting Work) Carried Out As Part Of The Task Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Kis Building In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Warszawska 5 Based On The Concluded Contract No. Fenx.01.01-Iw.01-0061/24 Of February 28, 2025 As Part Of The Measure Fenx.01.01 Energy Efficiency Priority Fenx.01 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Cohesion Fund Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Consists Of Two Stages: Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works. Stage - Ii - Includes The Execution Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Obtaining The Final Decision On The Construction Permit/Notification Of Works And To Make Any Other Notifications, Arrangements, And Obtain Other Decisions Or Permits, If Required. The Final Decisions/Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works, Evidence Of Notifications, Arrangements And Issued Permits Are Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Immediately After Obtaining Them, If They Are Required For The Lawful Performance Of The Contract. Note: The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In Its Entirety, In Accordance With The Planned Area Of Works To Be Carried Out. The Rooms Rented On The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In September 2027. Also During This Period, Telecommunications Devices Installed On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Dismantled. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of General Requirements, Design Documentation Requirements And Execution Requirements Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
