The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Land Development And External Infrastructure On Plots No. 13/62 And 13/63 And The Construction Of A Parking Lot On Plot No. 13/61 In Potulice, Nakło Nad Notecią Commune Together With Obtaining A Final And Unconditional Permit For The Use Of The Buildings. Building No. 1: The Designed Building Will Serve A Residential Function As A Building Multi-Family Building In Potulice, Plot No. 13/62 And 13/63. The Building Was Classified In The 13Th Category Of Buildings As A Residential Building. On Plot 13/61, 20 Parking Spaces Have Been Designed For The Designed Buildings - In Accordance With The Development Conditions, 0.5 Mp Per Apartment Is Required. The Construction Design Is Based On The Investors Requirements And The Presented Functional And Utility Program. In Accordance With The Guidelines, 20 Apartments Were Designed In The Building.
