1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Vacuum Chamber To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Carrying Out Tests And Handing Over The Delivery, Together With The Assembly And Commissioning Of The Vacuum Chamber, To The Ordering Party With A Report On Their Execution. 3. The Assembly Of The Vacuum Chamber Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Adapted To The Laboratory And Research Base Already Equipped With The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering, I.E.: Wwe 20T Hydraulic Press; Cnomo-100 Transformer; Two-Stage Oil Vacuum Pump. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Activate The Vacuum Chamber In The Scope Of Operation Of The System: Water, Electric And Vacuum Cooling. 5. The Ordering Party Will Facilitate An Environmental Interview At Its Headquarters At: Mechanical Department, Ul. Stasieckiego 54, 26-600 Radom, From 8:00 - 15:00. Such Provision Will Make It Easier To Match The Subject Of The Order To The Existing Laboratory And Research Base Owned By The Ordering Party (For Visual Inspection And Own Measurements). 6. Delivery And Assembly Of A Vacuum Chamber, Which Is Part Of The Existing Equipment, Will Form A Technological Whole. The Purpose Of The Configured Process Will Be To Implement The Tasks Intended By The Ordering Party In The Area Of The Existing Teaching And Research Base. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Basic On-Site Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Equipment Take Place On The Day Of Delivery And Commissioning At A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. 8. The Offered Vacuum Chamber Must Be Brand New, Unused. 9. The Vacuum Chamber Included In The Delivery Should Be Made Of Certified Materials. 10.
