The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense.3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 1,000,000.00.1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
