The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Organization Of Water And Sewage Management In The Jerzmanowice-Przeginia Commune - Task 2026-2027. The Project Also Includes The Construction Of Local Network Sewage Pumping Stations With Their Energy Supply, The Task Of Which Will Be To Discharge Sewage From That Part Of The Investment Area That Has Not Yet Been Sewered.: For The Planned Network, The Network Should Be Constructed Using The Method Open Excavation And In Places Using The Trenchless Method. Due To The Terrain And The Impossibility Of Gravity Drainage Of Sewage From The Farms, Sewage Pumping Stations Should Be Constructed With A Discharge Collector To The Gravity Sewage System. Sewage Connections/Connections From The Buildings To The Sewage Pumping Station Should Be Made Of 160 Mm Pvc Pipes Of The Completed Conceptual Design For The Pfu Is: 5.5 Km +/- 10% Of Gravity Sewage Ø 200 Pvc/Pe And Approx. 0.65 Km Of Connections/Approaches To Buildings Ø 160 Pvc And 0.88 Km Of Pressure Sewage Made Of Pe Along With Sewage Pumping Stations And Energy Supply. The Order Covers Sections Without A Building Design And A Valid Building Permit, For Which The Contractor Is Obliged Is To Prepare A Design Based On The Functional And Operational Program Attached To The Swz (Appendix No. 4.1 Of The Ffu). The Planned Network Should Be Constructed Using The Open Excavation Method And In Some Places Using The Trenchless Method. The Side Collectors Towards The Buildings Should Be Made Of 160 Mm Pvc Pipes. The Pumping Station Tank Should Be Constructed In Accordance With The Description In The Ffu Works. Before Commencing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Consent Of The Road Manager To Occupy The Road, Regarding The Conduct Of Works In The Road And To Place The Device Therein. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Traffic Organization Design, Marking And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practices, Applicable Regulations And Standards, On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation And The Design Prepared In Accordance With The Pfu Recommendations Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And The Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts. The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Article 3 Point 14 Of The Construction Law Along With A Set Of Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance For The Built-In Materials And Devices.
