1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of 40 Certified Geodetic Documentation Necessary To Introduce Changes In The Register Of Land And Buildings Of The City Of Białystok, Consisting In Revealing The Existing State Of Land Use Of Indicated Properties Located In The City Of Białystok; 2) Resumption Of 6 Boundary Signs Or Designation Of Newly Created Boundary Points On The Properties Along With Their Stabilization In The Field. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Service In Accordance With The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended). The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of A Copy Of The Report Regarding The Activities Of Resuming Boundary Signs Or Designating Property Boundary Points. To Calculate The Offer, It Should Be Assumed That For 3 Plots Bordering The Road, 2 Border Points Should Be Permanently Established In Nature, In Locations Indicated In The City Of Białystok; 3) Preparation Of 20 Geodetic Documentation (Maps With A Design For Dividing The Property Into Two Parts) Constituting The Basis For Issuing A Decision Approving The Division Of The Property Into Two Parts, Located In The City Of Białystok. The Ordering Party Requires The Preparation Of Documentation For Each Plot (3 Copies + As Many Copies As There Are Parties To The Proceedings) Of Certified Documents And A Protocol On The Acceptance Of The Property Boundaries (Copy Of The Resource Material); 4) Preparation Of 5 Surveying Documentation (Maps With A Design For Dividing The Property Into Three Parts) Constituting The Basis For Issuing A Decision Approving The Division Of The Property Into Three Parts, Located In The City Of Białystok. The Ordering Party Requires (3 Copies + As Many Copies As There Are Parties To The Proceedings) Certified Documents And A Report On The Acceptance Of The Property Boundaries (Copy Of The Resource Material) To Prepare The Documentation For Each Plot.
