1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Road And The Kiss&Ride Zone At The Primary School. Nicolaus Copernicus University In Lubawa The Task Includes: 1) Preparatory, Measuring And Earthworks, 2) Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Road, 3) Construction Of Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles, 4) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians, 5) Construction Of Parking Spaces, 6) Construction Of Concrete Block Exits, 7) Construction Of Lighting (Led) With Cabling, 8) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 9) Supplementary Works And Finishing.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Referred To In Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act. Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary Appendix) Constitute Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Manage - On Its Own And At Its Own Expense - All Spoil From Earthworks And Demolition Works (The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Place Of Disposal Of The Spoil).4. The Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Installation (In Particular Concrete Cubes, Edges, Curbs) Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Lubawa, At A Distance Of Up To 3 Km, For Which An Appropriate Report Will Be Prepared. The Material Should Be Delivered Layered On Pallets, Rounded To The Nearest Whole Metre. Pallets Should Be Protected By, For Example, Foil Wrapping. The Contractor Is Financially Responsible For All Demolition Materials.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Waive Part Of The Scope Of Work - Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Amount Specified In The Contractors Offer. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Construction Works Of The Quality Specified In The Swz. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Indications Of An Informative Nature (Not Binding On Contractors) And Such Cases Of Indication Of Proper Names With Clear Information That A Given Device/Material Is Only An Example.8.
